Welcome to the MEMbership
application page. We hope that you will consider becoming a MEMber and supporting MEM's
efforts to promote the study of the medieval Middle
East. Dues may be paid for one year, two years, or three
years at a time.
MEM encourages you to take out a
two- or three-year MEMbership, which will
simplify accounting and ensure uninterrupted receipt of Al-‘Usur al-Wusta: The Bulletin
of Middle East Medievalists and other communications from
MEM. Membership dues are as follows:
For addresses in North America (Canada,
Mexico, U.S.A.):
For addresses outside North America (Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa,
Pacific) MEMbership dues are:
Instructions for paying via PayPal:
You need to have a credit/debit card to pay via PayPal.
After you click on the link Pay via
Paypal, you have to log in to PayPal (if you do not have already an account with PayPal, you need to sign up to create one). Once you establish an account, follow these
steps to pay your MEMbership dues:

Click on the Send Money tab.

Fill in the address/account to send money to as: middleeastmedievalists@gmail.com
(please make sure the spelling is
correct).

Use the Send e-mail option with the subject line MEM Dues for
"…” (fill in your name) so that MEM has a
record of your payment.
Dues
are paid in US Dollars (the money will be withdrawn from your account, and
if the credit card is not issue in US Dollar, then your credit card issuer
will convert the sum to your particular currency (adding probably minimal
fees) and charge it to you.
Other Forms of payment include personal checks and
money orders in U.S. Dollars (drawn on a U.S. account), International Money Orders (IMO)
in U.S. Dollars (drawn on a U.S. account),
Bank Drafts in U.S. Dollars (drawn on a U.S. account), Travelers
checks in U.S. Dollars, or Canadian Postal Money Orders in U.S.
Dollars.
