As an affiliated organization of the Middle East Studies Association (MESA), MEM may sponsor up to three panels at the annual MESA meeting in November.  Those interested in seeking MEM sponsorship for their panel proposal should follow the following guidelines.

Panel organizers seeking MEM sponsorship should submit their proposals (including abstracts and list of participants) in electronic form only to the MEM Secretary by January 20th at the e-mail address below. Proposals received after that date will be considered as space allows.

The MEM Board will notify panel organizers of their decision shortly thereafter. If less than three applications are received by the January 20 deadline, the Board will consider later applications.
